How my journey began:

My Mother use to always say “If the house ever catches fire, be sure to get her photo albums.” Back in the day, it seemed that she was always taking pictures of the family. Her camera was the lens of her heart. She always had film, black and white, before there was color film. She had flash cubes, some of you may remember what I am describing. And, it seemed that she was having her pictures developed on a weekly basis. As a little boy, I didn’t understand what seemed to be an obsession. As I reflect, I understand it completely now.

Mom joined the angels in heaven years ago. She is in good company, surrounded by generations of family members and friends who have earned their rest. While she was here, she certainly made our house a home to treasure. A home with priceless photographs in frames that were proudly displayed throughout. In a sense, our home was a museum of family photos that documented generations; from elders to the youngest born. I was mistaken when I thought that she enjoyed being a photographer. Instead, she was taking the pictures for us - documenting precious moments that could be shared for generations to come. I get it now.

My motto is “Celebrate Life Everyday - Take Your Best Shot!” As a Military Veteran (USAF), a college graduate (B.S. and MBA), and a proud Father of two outstanding Daughters, I certainly appreciate the value of hard work, struggles, commitment and sacrifice. I get it now. I pride myself in providing service to my clients - documenting precious moments that can be shared for generations to come. It would be my honor to serve you.
